Flexor CTI [Asterisk Edition] interfaces with any Asterisk-based IP PBX to enable features such as call logging, call reporting, click-to-dial, contact screen pop-ups and on-screen call control seamlessly integrated into Microsoft Outlook (see Flexor CTI for Outlook) and leading on-demand CRM applcations (see Flexor CTI for CRM).
Using existing infrastructure, and requiring no extra servers, Flexor CTI is ideally suited to small and medium sized businesses, and being easy to setup and administer means there is little burden to IT.
Supports PBXs based on Asterisk 1.2 or above.
