Cambridge, UK - Camrivox Ltd, an innovator and developer of Unified Communications (UC) software has secured additional funding to accelerate development of the company’s Flexor UC platform to support mobile telephony, bringing the benefits of UC to a truly mobile workforce.
Fixed and mobile UC enables a single integrated communications channel for a range of communications devices including mobile phone, PDA, desk phone or PC soft phone. This brings a company’s workforce closer together regardless of where they are, and ensures more consistent customer communications.
Camrivox revolutionised CTI by uniquely delivering it direct to the desktop, bypassing costly servers and IT infrastructure. Now, the company has taken that one step further, bringing advanced call management, presence and analytics to users across all devices and applications.
