Cambridge, England 2nd May 2007 Camrivox™, a developer of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) equipment, will be demonstrating its IP phones and terminal adapters at the Comms Solutions 07 event in London next week.
Comms Solutions is an event for vendors and resellers of voice, mobile and data products, and is focussed at the SME market. It takes place on May 9th and 10th at the new Wembley stadium, and Camrivox will be on stand 102.
Camrivox’s VoIP products provide advanced capabilities, previously associated only with enterprise-level VoIP installations, to small and medium sized businesses. They give SMEs a high level of integration with their PC applications, including Microsoft Outlook and hosted CRM solutions from salesforce.com. With Outlook, dialling a contact from the address book is a single-click task, and when an incoming call is received, a pop-up window shows the relevant Outlook contact, as well as making a log of all calls in the Outlook Journal.
The Camrivox Flexor 500 is a four line VoIP telephone that seamlessly integrates with IP PBXs, soft switches and hosted VoIP services and provides this Outlook integration irrespective of what VoIP system it is connected to. The Flexor 500 offers superb sound quality when using the handset, hands free speakerphone or headset, with voice quality ensured by Camrivox’s advanced QoS features.
Advanced provisioning capabilities for all of Camrivox’s products mean that the deployment and support burden is reduced for operators and resellers, helping to increase profits.
