The transfer button, entering numbers once a call is connected, setting the outgoing identity
Depending on the version of snom firmware, some features or functions of the snom phone may not work as expected.
- If you use the transfer button of the snom telephone you may find
(depending on the version of firmware you have), that after installing
Flexor Manager, the transfer function no longer works correctly (it does not let you enter an extension).
- Once a call is connected (say to voice mail) entering additional numbers for menu choices is no longer possible.
- Setting the Preferred Device and Line on the Click to Dial tab of
Camrivox Flexor Options in Outlook does not work as expected.
To correct these issues, please upgrade your firmware using the links at the foot of this page or visit the snom firmware pages and upgrade to at least version 7.3.14.
