Flexor lets you select which line your snom should prefer to use for out going calls, for instructions on this see the section of the Flexor CTI for Outlook user guide concerning the Click to Dial tab.
If you find that your snom is not using this preference you may have an older version of snom firmware. Please follow the instructions here to upgrade your firmware to 7.3.30 or newer.
