Flexor OnScreen

• The Flexor OnScreen main window has 4 main areas. Dial allowing you to enter a number to dial, Divert allowing you to set global reject or call  forward settings (if your phone supports it), My Phones shows all your phones / lines and allows you to select a default and Favourites which allows you to create phone short cuts manually or from a CRM tool.
• It is possible to dial any number by selecting text in most application (such as a web page in IE), and dragging it to the Dial text box or to a phone / line in My Phones.
• OnScreen can be always on top and also will remember it's location.
• All call interaction is now through a Call Summary window - which will appear for each call. The position of this window is controlled by the user.
• The Call Summary window will automatically search any CRM applications or Outlook (dependent on your Flexor licenses) and show all possible matches.
• The Call Summary window allows full control over a call, as provided by individual application in the past, including (where supported by your phone) answer, reject, hold, unhold, transfer. The window also let's you create new contacts (or leads or accounts), add contacts to favourites, open contact matches or save a journal note against one or all contact matches.
• The Call Summary window shows details of the Caller ID and Name, Called ID and Name and any IVR data where this is available from your phone system.
• The behaviour of the Call Summary window and journaling support can be customised to match your work flow.
• Flexor OnScreen supports dialing direct from the following URI types: tel:, extn:, skype:, sip: and iax2:.
