Introduction
This document describes how to manage TAPI Devices within Flexor Manager. It describes how to:
- Scan for TAPI devices
- Add TAPI devices to Flexor Manager
- Configure dialing rules
Device Availability
Once a TAPI device is configured Flexor Manager will keep track of it's availability. The availability is indicated in the Flexor Manager's Devices and Applications window.
TAPI device is available for use
If the device is unavailable for some reason, for example the TAPI driver has been removed from the system, then it will show as unavailable.
TAPI device is unavailable.
