Introduction

Your Salesforce administrator should have set up your Salesforce account already for use with the Flexor Manager software. If this is the case, your Salesforce homepage should show the Camrivox CTI panel in the top-left of the window as shown below. If you are the administrator and need to perform the setup, please see this section.

The Salesforce CTI plug-in for Camrivox Flexor Manager provides the following features:
