Registering your software

Once the software has successfully connected, you will need to perform a registration or licencing step.

Options for registering or licencing the software

If you already have a user ID

Click the "Login now" button. The login window will appear for you to enter your user ID and password:

The login window

Enter your user ID and password and click the "Login" button. The software will log you in and claim licences from your organisation's account.

If you do not have a user ID

If someone else in your organisation has already created a Flexor account, you should ask them to create a user ID for you. Once you have a user ID, you should log in as above.

If you are new to Flexor Software, you should click the 'Register Now' button to create an account for your organisation. As part of this process, you will create a user ID that you can use to log in with.

If you have been provided with a license bundle key by your supplier

Click the "Enter Key" button. The Welcome Wizard will prompt you to enter the License Bundle Key that you recieved in the e-mail from Camrivox Customer Portal. Below is an extract from such an e-mail showing the key:

We recommend you enter the Bundle Key using cut and paste as indicated in the original e-mail.

Entering your bundle key into the wizard

Once you have entered the Bundle key into the wizard you should click the Validate button. If you have not entered a key of sufficient length it will not be possible to click the Validate button.

If you enter an invalid key for any reason, you will see a message similar to that shown below.

Invalid license key has been entered

Once a valid bundle key has been entered the Wizard will retrieve all the keys for the components that you ordered and check these keys. If all is succesful you will a screen similar to that shown below:

Enter your bundle key into the wizard

At this point you may click Continue >> to proceed to the next stage.

If there was a problem with any license key it will show up with a red light against it. The most likely reasons for this are because you are trying to install the software on more machines that you have licenes for, or that the license has expired. These two cases are shown below:

The license key's usage limit is exceeded

The license key has expired

In each case it is possible to click Update to enter a key manually for these components. Please contact your supplier if you have any concerns about your licenses.
