The Contact Explorer
In the Outlook contact explorer window, you can view all you contacts in a single window. Flexor CTI for Outlook adds a convenient click-to-dial facility to the right-click context menu shown below:

The Contact Window
The Camrivox Outlook CTI plug-in hooks-in to the Outlook contact window. It adds several features:
- Click-to-dial buttons are added for each phone number. They appear with the Flexor icon, as shown at the bottom of the window below. You can reposition the click-to-dial button toolbar by dragging it to another part of the window. If moved, the setting will be remembered for all contact windows.
- Journal entries for calls will be added under the Activities tab shown in the window below.

To dial a contact, click on the button corresponding to the number to be dialed (eg. Home, Business, Mobile etc).

Outlook 2007
In Outlook 2007 the click-to-dial buttons are not found in the toolbar as shown above. They are grouped under the Add-ins tab at the top of the window. Please see the screen shot below:
