The Contact Explorer

In the Outlook contact explorer window, you can view all you contacts in a single window. Flexor CTI for Outlook adds a convenient click-to-dial facility to the right-click context menu shown below:

The Contact Window

The Camrivox Outlook CTI plug-in hooks-in to the Outlook contact window. It adds several features:

To dial a contact, click on the button corresponding to the number to be dialed (eg. Home, Business, Mobile etc).

Outlook 2007

In Outlook 2007 the click-to-dial buttons are not found in the toolbar as shown above. They are grouped under the Add-ins tab at the top of the window. Please see the screen shot below:

When the Add-Ins Tab is selected the Click-to-Dial buttons are shown at the top of the window:
