VP Marketing

Reporting to: CEO

As VP Marketing you will be joining the senior management team and assisting us in taking our truly ground breaking SW product to market.
 
Experience in taking a technology based concept and evaluating its salability, best market position, competitive advantage and competitive threats is imperative as is an in depth understanding of Software Sales & Marketing, SaaS, CRM and convergence
 
You will drive all aspects of our marketing, image and branding and develop strategies for Marketing Communications across all mediums
 
You will be professionally qualified with a degree in marketing and / or a software related discipline, have five years industry experience in a similar position and be able to lead and manage people and processes.
 

Salary dependent on experience.

 

Partner Development Manager

Reporting to: Commercial VP

Location: UK with potential for European Travel.
Camrivox require a sales led partner development manager to take responsibility for developing and managing Partner relationships to ensure we receive maximum sales growth. This position will be part of the growing sales team and you will be responsible for developing, managing and engaging our partners and their routes to market to drive the sale of our SW products
 
Experience and understanding of SW sales, CRM, Convergence, SaaS, Unified Comms & telephony is required. You will need to be outgoing, positive and strong minded with strong entrepreneurial spirit. The role is breaking new ground so rewards for success are unparalleled in terms of financial rewards and future career progression. UK based with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Extend & intensify existing partnerships to drive revenue growth.Cultivate strong relationships at the highest levels of executive management within each assigned account. Translate this relationship into an ability to go to the top when instituting programs and initiatives.
• Design strategy for the Partner which will foster sales growth of Camrivox Product to meet Revenue targets.
• Conduct presentations and training support as necessary to Channel Partners
• Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans & activities for the Partner.
• Support the Sales Management and additional levels of upper management by assisting in reviewing and/or modifying existing policies/procedures, strategies and tactics, improving communication with all levels of the organization, undertaking specific tasks and objectives that may be assigned from time to time.
• Selective targeting of new strategic customers in the assigned areas- instituting new programs, improving communication between our client and the target companies.
• Effectively implement all corporate programs and initiatives.
• Work with Product marketing and Supply chain management to optimize product plans and availability with market opportunities
• Work in a teamwork mode with all our clients sales and marketing entities.
• Attend trade shows, conduct seminars, participate in reseller sales events, conduct product training and prepare and deliver executive level presentations.
• Assist in closing sales by providing sales support to Channel partners.
• Travel as required to fulfil job requirements.
• Actively participate, when relevant, in internal meetings and conference calls.
• Negotiating up-sales and renewals.


Key Requirements

• Great track record of sales achievement within partner environment or account management environment.
• Strong partner management experience including solid history of revenue building successes.
• Previous related work experience of partner program or partner management experience in Software, Telecom, Internet, or professional service sales.
• Commercially credible profile
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Organised & disciplined attitude to working alone but always conscious of being part of a team using knowledge sharing to the best advantage for the company.
• Strong & confident communication ability with excellent presentation skills and are comfortable operating/presenting at all levels including board level.

Base c.£40k plus commission.

 

Principal Software Engineer

We require a highly skilled software engineer who is expert at programming and should have a very strong degree in a relevant subject. Proficiency in C and C++ are mandatory and most important, and experience in the following areas will also rate the candidate highly:
  • Windows development: .NET, Visual Studio
  • Networking: TCP/IP, Sockets, XMPP
  • Languages: C++, C#, Java
  • Web Services: XML, SOAP, PHP
  • Telephony: VoIP, TAPI
 
The initial role of the candidate is to work in the Engineering team developing Camrivox’s latest CTI software. The candidate will report to the VP Engineering.

Package: £40-60K + Benefits + Share options

 

Technical Support Engineer
 
Camrivox require a customer facing Technical Support Engineer.
 
Camrivox has a reputation for advanced cutting edge SW design and the T.S.E. will need to continue in maintaining that reputation. The technical support department will expand as the company does and with it opportunities to become a senior member of the team. The role is primarily office based but you will be expected to meet customers as required and attend trade shows both UK and abroad.
 
Working closely with the Commercial VP and CTO you will be the fist line of enquiry for all technical enquiries – pre and post sale. You will assist pre sales technical queries as well as resolve post sale and install issues.
 
 
Key Responsibilities
•Act as primary contact for European wide technical support issues and queries.
•Provide high quality pre and post sale technical support and assistance to our Partners & their customers.
•Liaise with our SW Engineers to resolve issues.
•Track and Report all issues
•Ensure Engineering understand key customer issues with a view they are removed from future releases.

Experience

You will have knowledge of  maintaining and supporting Server software, installing and maintaining workstations, as well as supporting phone systems.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in a customer facing maintenance role supporting Windows XP, Vista, and Server 2000/3. Knowledge of IP, VoIP, CRM and Networking is also useful. Full training of our SW will be provided.

Key Requirements

• Previous related work experience in Software, Telecom, Internet, or professional services.
• Good customer facing and telephone manner skills
• Organised & disciplined attitude to working alone but always conscious of being part of a team using knowledge sharing to the best advantage for the company.
• Good business sense.
• Positive and upbeat nature.
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Cross Cultural Communication Skills

Salary: 25-35k
